I have injuries. Can I do this type of workout?

True Movement® offers workouts customized to your abilities and fitness level! If you have significant injuries or concerns, please reach out to us at [email protected] or fill out the form below to see what might be best for you.

What style of workout do you offer?

Our classes are a mixture of stability, mobility and strength to help you feel your best.

What time of day are classes offered?

We run classes in the morning, afternoon, evening and weekends.

Who leads the class?

Our Certified Trainers will coach you through class with real time feedback and guidance.

Can I continue classes after the trial period?

We have a range of different memberships. Someone from our team will be in touch to discuss your options.

What do I need to wear?

Please wear clothes you are comfortable moving in; sticky socks (for sale at the studio) OR bare feet for class. No shoes or regular socks are needed. Please bring a water bottle or water is for sale at the studio.

Do I need any workout experience?

No previous workout experience required! We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
