Client Success Team
As part of the True Movement Client Success Team, you are the first point of contact for clients in person and on the phone. You are key to client experience, ensuring people feel welcome, comfortable, and informed for their session at True Movement. The Client Success Team works alongside Trainers and reports to the Studio Manager to facilitate sales and membership conversions. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, handling administrative tasks, studio cleanliness and upkeep, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations at the front desk.

True Movement Certified Trainer
As part of the True Movement Trainer Team, you provide exceptional experiences to clients in group classes and private sessions through your class program delivery, teaching, and client interaction. You are key to client experience, ensuring people feel welcome, comfortable, and informed before their session at True Movement. During class, you provide quality experiences to clients as you guide them through each exercise.
Trainers work alongside the Client Success Team and report to the Studio Manager to facilitate sales and membership conversions. The ideal candidate is outgoing and personable, and comfortable speaking in front of people and leading a group. Trainers need to be able to think on their feet and pull from their in-depth knowledge of movement and anatomy to ensure clients have the best possible experience.
