Compression based workouts, and just gravity itself, accelerate the pain and tightness that many people feel in their bodies, and the True Movement Method® is designed to revers these effects.
The True Movement Method® helps to create traction and allows us to work on range of motion. Clients experience pain relief even in just one session. We are able to deliver a full body session, or customize the sessions for a specific injury or focus.
