When you look back at the life you have lived you realize that every challenge and every opportunity has been created by your own outlook and perspective. Through movement Jamie has come to understand the ebbs an flows of that journey and realized that through movement she has created a positive sense of discipline and integrity. She teaches with a sense of calm and understanding but asks each and every mover to focus their minds on improving their intrinsic strength and harmony to help promote a more positive extrinsic perspective. With that said get ready to stretch, to flow, and to build strength. She has trained in Stott Pilates, Garuda, AFLCA, TRX, Agatsu Kettlebells, FRC and Kinstretch. She has trained with amazing practitioners in the movement world such as Ido Portal, Andreo Spina, Shawn Mozen, James D’Silva and many more. Her personal focus is in TKD. She holds a second dan black belt at Master Rim’s TKD. Through TKD she has had the privilege of training with some amazing masters and has gone to some amazing places as a competitive Poomsae athlete. Outside of movement she loves spending time with her children and driving fun cars!!
